Anthony Onyewuchi, CEO and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Onyewuchi has over 22 years experience in Information Technology (IT) management and strategic planning including 9 years in executive and senior management roles leading teams, managing projects, developing new businesses and overseeing business transformation at Fortune 1000 companies. His experience includes over 10 years of hands-on planning, designing and implementing IT infrastructure including: service models, systems, networks and web-based tools.


Mr. Onyewuchi received his MBA from Georgetown University and his Bachelor of Science (Magna cum Laude) in Economics from the New York Institute of Technology.

Joseph Cristiano, Jr., Operations Director

Mr. Cristiano has over 23 years of professional experience comprised of project management, technical management, department and resource management, call center management, knowledge management, client and support management and professional IT consulting. Mr. Cristiano introduces best practices and ensures client delivery is flawless; provides internal training on customer service, ITIL and other service delivery platforms, as well as delivers baseline technical training.


Mr. Cristiano received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts (Cum Laude) from the American University.

Lenore Edwards-Evans, Human Resource Manager/Recruiter

Ms. Evans is a Human Resource Manager/Recruiter with professional experience in technical recruiting with an emphasis on the placement of Software Engineers/Architects, Database Architects/Developers/Administrators, Network/System/Security Engineers, Web Developers, Quality Assurance/Test Engineers, Technical Program/Product/Project Managers, Development Managers and Business Analysts. Ms. Evans provides full lifecycle recruiting services, which includes requirements parsing, candidate sourcing, candidate engagement, resource management and engagement closeout. Ms. Evans is responsible for identifying, recruiting and placing candidates; ensuring they meet the requirements of the position and have the resources needed to be successful. Ms. Evans manages training needs and the career progression of each employee.


Ms. Evans received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hampton University.

Leonard Ozoemena, Senior Partner, SVP & COO

Mr. Ozoemena is a Senior Business Executive with over 20 years of industry experience in Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications. He has a solid understanding of government and corporate market environments. Mr. Ozoemena has a strong track record in business development and strategy, partnership development, strategic planning, and client management. He is an expert in building C-level relationships, and the marketing and management of technical staff.              


Mr. Ozoemena received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and his Master of Arts in Strategic Marketing Management from the University of Pennsylvania.

Valerie Cooper, HR/Finance Manager

Ms. Cooper has over 20 years of experience working with private and government entities. Her experience includes payroll/benefits administration, contract administration, and a multitude of accounting activities including financial reporting, audit preparation, and processing immigration paperwork for H1 employees.


Ms. Cooper received her Bachelors of Administration in Business Management from Potomac College.

Lilla Hunter-Taylor, Director Business Development

 Lilla Hunter-Taylor is Director of Business Development with Compass Solutions.Before joining the compass team Ms. Hunter-Taylor was CEO of The Staff Hunter located in Bethesda, MD.

Prior to establishing The Staff Hunter, Lilla Hunter-Taylor ran a successful insurance brokerage firm for over eight years. Her knowledge of working with small to mid-size companies and individuals prepared her for working with companies and candidates in the staffing industry, she currently serves as the Vice Chairperson MD/DC Minority Supplier Diversity Council.

Lilla Hunter-Taylor works with Dress for Success of Washington, DC and conducts seminars to help women become successful in their future careers. Mrs. Taylor every year participates in the Susan G. Komen race for the cure in Washington, DC.

Lilla Hunter-Taylor received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Bowie State University, Maryland.

Wendy Ngo, Resource Manager/Technical Recruiter

Ms. Ngo performs technical resource management in the government sector by providing full life cycle recruiting services: requirements analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client presentation, and engagement closeout. Prior to joining Compass Solutions, Ms. Ngo provided services in quality assurance management, technical writing, sales operations, event planning, marketing, business development, web-based training, and international compliance auditing.


Ms. Ngo received her Bachelors of Arts in Economics from The University of Maryland, College Park.
